Miley Cyrus Sweet 16 at Disneyland Park,

so yeah, the date was October 5, 2008, another special date for me.
and its not Miley related! haha. <55.

but yeaah, this following week was Miley Cyrus' Sweet 16 at the Disneyland Park.
tickets were $250, which was total bulls%#@$, but then i ended up not going. :P

this even seemed pretty cool.
so the park closed down at 6:00 and that was when all the celebrities and people came in.

i was suppose to sneek in by hiding in a bush. :]

but i didnt, because i stayed home and talked to melanie the whole day, because it was the FIFTH!

anywayy, hahaha, i have pictures, [credit to Adrienne Vincent-Phoenix]

there are also new news,
Disneyland Resort increases enforcement of "professional camera" ban.

"If you plan to bring your high-end camera on your next visit to the Disneyland Resort, you might want to measure your camera lenses first.
Several visitors to the Resort during the week leading up to the Miley Cyrus event reported that cast members were prohibiting camera lenses longer than 6" beyond the bag check screening tents, citing a ban on "professional cameras."
The scrutiny was especially high on the day of the actual event, and one MousePlanet staff member overheard a cast member explain that "there are celebrities in the parks today!" as justification for refusing to allow the visitor to enter the park with a long zoom lens."

well that sucks! but i just thought that everyone should know that. hehe.

PARTTTY TIME!

celebrities came to party with Miley!
Demi was there, but not Selena and the Jonas Brothers because the Jonas Brothers were in Europe!
thats lammeee. haha. but it was a night to remember.

Miley Cyrus celebrated her Sweet 16 at a private event at Disneyland this past Sunday night. 5,000 fans paid $250 each for the opportunity to attend the party, which featured a concert and an array of special activities.
Visible preparations for the event began on Friday, and continued throughout the weekend.

Although Disneyland was scheduled to close at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday for the event, flyers distributed to visitors as they parked that morning warned that some areas of the park would close even earlier.
Toontown closed at 3:00 p.m., with several food service locations following suit shortly afterwards.
Dozens of fans tried to claim spots along the purple carpet in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, hoping to be allowed to stay for the celebrity arrivals, but cast members stationed in the area broke the news that the entire park would be emptied of guests before the party.

Once Disneyland closed, many visitors crowded into Disney's California Adventure, creating lines for attractions and food service locations.
The Mission Tortilla Factory even sported a 15-minute wait.

Event guests were welcomed into Disneyland at 6:00 p.m.
So then now it was the Purple Carpet event.

A huge stage was constructed on Tom Sawyer Island in preparation for the live concert, and venues around the waterfront were transformed into "party zones" for the night.
The French Market became the KIIS-FM Rock Cafe, the Golden Horseshoe Saloon offered a space for party guests to play the Ultimate Band game, photo booths and "record your own CD" stations were set up on the Frontierland dock, and a space near the Haunted Mansion turned into a "Miley Game Zone" sponsored by Disney Interactive Studios.

The event ended with a fireworks display at 11:30 p.m., after which guests were given goody bags and cupcakes as they exited the park.
Attenders proclaimed the night "totally worth it."
Dozens of event attendees were spotted still wearing their event lanyards Monday morning.
Miley's fans received a surprise last week when Disney announced that the pop star will be "taping music video segments as Hannah Montana for her new soundtrack" at a performance at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater on Friday, October 10, 2008.
Event guests received tickets to this performance with their event credentials.

I wish i could have gone, but then i would have rather spend the fifth with Melanie.
i love Melanie more than Miley x INFINITY!

haha, so Miley, I CANT WAIT, TO SEE YOU AGAIN. :]
